yOUR ROLE
We’re looking for a CTO who will be an integral part of our leadership team, responsible for defining and driving the company’s technology strategy. You will have the unique opportunity to shape the entire technical infrastructure and product development process as we scale and grow. While previous experience with AI, automation tools, and coding is highly beneficial, the most important quality we seek is a deep passion for learning, a strategic mindset, and the ability to lead technical teams through challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the company’s technology strategy, vision, and roadmap.
Oversee the design and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions, ensuring the product meets the highest standards of performance, scalability, and security.
Manage and expand the technical team, hiring and mentoring engineers, developers, and other tech professionals.
Build and maintain a strong technical infrastructure, ensuring the smooth integration of tools like Make.com, Zapier, N8N, and other automation platforms.
Drive innovation and research to keep the company at the forefront of AI and automation technology.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, growth, and experimentation within the technical team.
yOUR SKILLS
While previous experience in the following areas will be beneficial, the key qualities we’re looking for are a strong leadership mindset, passion for innovation, and a commitment to continuous learning:
Solid understanding of AI technologies, automation, data science, and the development of scalable platforms.
Strong experience with automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, N8N, and integrating them into larger systems.
Expertise in software development and coding languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
Experience in team management, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
A strong desire to push boundaries, innovate, and grow the company’s technology to its fullest potential.
