yOUR ROLE
We are seeking a Process Automation Specialist to design, implement, and manage automation solutions that streamline and optimize internal and client-facing processes. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging the latest automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, and N8N to create seamless workflows and drive efficiency. While prior experience with automation tools is a plus, the most important quality we are looking for is a willingness to learn and a passion for improving processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize business processes for internal teams and clients, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Design and implement automation workflows using tools such as Make.com, Zapier, N8N, and other platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those into scalable, automated processes.
Continuously monitor, test, and improve automation workflows to ensure they are functioning optimally.
Develop and implement reporting and analytics tools to track the effectiveness of automation initiatives.
Assist in integrating automation solutions into existing systems and processes to maximize value.
Stay updated on the latest trends in process automation, AI, and related technologies, bringing new ideas and best practices to the team.
yOUR SKILLS
While prior experience with the following tools is valuable, the ability to learn quickly and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are the most important qualities for success in this role:
Familiarity with automation platforms like Make.com, Zapier, N8N, and other similar tools.
Basic understanding of AI-driven solutions and their application in process automation.
Experience in business process optimization, workflow management, or systems integration is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about process improvements.
A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams to identify challenges and implement solutions.
Willingness to learn new technologies and expand your skills in automation and AI.
Experience in CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a bonus.
